This Holiday Season for Nintendo Wii^™ and DS^™ Red Wagon Games, the value-priced, family friendly, fun-in-a-box publishing division of Fillpoint LLC, one of the videogame industries' leading providers of both on-line and in-store distribution, fulfillment, and e-commerce services for national retailers, recently released.

Newport Beach, Calif. - Fillpoint, a provider of online distribution, fulfillment and e-commerce services for national retailers, announced on Tuesday tha t it has acquired the Handleman Company's video game distribution and publishing units, SVG Distribution and Crave Entertainment Group.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

New York-based Fillpoint provides national retailers with a catalog of over 4,000 video game industry products.

The company said the acquisition provides it with a network of both online and in-store distribution.

"The acquisition will enable Fillpoint to offer its online customers a deeper selection of value offerings through Crave's publishing and exclusive distri bution relationships," Fillpoint said, adding, "SVG's customers will now have access to Fillpoint's state-of-the-art online fulfillment services."
